3000W Laser Cleaner With Dual Axis Scanning and Pulsing
AT ONLY $21,450 our powerful 3000W laser cleaner is the BEST VALUE laser cleaner on the market.
- Rapid removal of rust, scale and coatings from steel, cast iron, brick, stone and every other surface.
- Hugely versatile and hugely powerful
- Avoid expensive and messy blasting with garnet, and black lung risk from silicates.
- Australia’s best value laser cleaners
4 in 1 – Wide and Seam Cleaning, Continuous or Pulsed
This is our most versatile laser cleaning system. It features dual axis scanning, and both high powered continuous wave and pulsed output.
- High power for rapid removal of rust, scale, paint and coatings.
- Adjustable wide coverage up to 300 x 300mm, and selection of the optimal cleaning pattern (six available).
- Narrow weld seam cleaning
- Pulsed operation up to 20kHz for delicate surfaces, aided by the dual axis scanning head.
Proven reliability in the Australian market. Industrial capability via its high quality compoments and efficient internal heat pump system. Clean up to 100% duty cycle at 40°C.
High Efficiency. Large Cost Savings.
Our 3kW laser cleaner provides both operational efficiency and electrical efficiency. 3000W teamed with our dual axis scaning head ensures fast removal, edge blending and a neat surface finish. Cleaning is done quickly, to the required visual standard. In addition, our latest laser source is a new generation 3 phase unit, using ony 12.5 Amps per phase at full power, for a laser effiency of 36%, which is far better than any competing laser source. The single phase chiller consumes up to 11A on one phase, so the total rating is 24A per phase, meaning a 32A, 3 phase, 5 pin outlet is recommended.

Safety Notes
Note that laser welders are Class 4 lasers and require laser safety precautions such as eyewear and a controlled/shielded workspace. See AS 60825.
- Laser welders are Class IV lasers. They can start fires and burn skin at close range but are also dangerous to the eyes for at least 100 metres, so special safety measures are required. We provide guidance on safety, but because safety is so important our safety acknowledgement must be signed before shipping and using the laser welder.
- You must purchase and use our safety glasses and laser welding helmet with this machine. In any case these are the best value on the market, with high and known protection levels, so you should be using them anyway.
- For practical safety tips see https://laser-welder.com.au/laser-safety/
- Don’t forget lung protection. Laser cleaners vaporise the coatings and contaminants, so fume extraction and/or PAPR is essential.
Power Supply Note
As Australia’s supply voltage can reach 253V AC per phase (435V 3 phase) under the Australian Standard, we recommended our 3 phase autotransformer (voltage stabiliser). This is available at an additional cost of $950 plus GST, which is basically their cost price, to protect and ensure long term reliability of the system.
